Garlic Chives
Allium tuberosum

Having watched it survive through 3 years of extremely variable Texas weather with no supplemental watering or care, we know this variety of Garlic Chives to be a survivor and we’re propagating it to offer for your enjoyment. This perennial herb looks like a cluster of small garlics and will spread by runner roots. With this plant in your garden, edible land scape or food forest you will always have something green and easy access to garlic flavoring anytime of year just by cutting off some of the tops and adding them to your dish. Also, helps to deter pests.
