Fruit are small, with purplish-brown skin and pink flesh and a closed eye, which inhibits insects and spoilage. Widely adapted, and the most cold-hardy of our figs. Fruit ripens in mid to late June, earlier than other varieties. Low water needs. Tolerant of sun and heat. Prune only for shape. 100 hours. Self-fruitful.
